2. Data we process
Depending on the services you use, we may process account details, contact messages, device identifiers, IP addresses and security logs, karting sessions, GPS tracks, lap times, sensor data, uploaded files, setup information and technical information about your browser or device.
3. Why we process data
We process data to create and operate accounts, synchronize FoxLAP devices, store and analyze telemetry, provide downloads and video tools, answer requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, diagnose failures and improve our services.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based, as applicable, on performance of our services, our legitimate interests in operating and securing FoxLAP, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent for optional analytics cookies.
5. Google Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is optional on the public FoxLAP website. It is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It may process pages viewed, interactions, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Refusing analytics does not prevent access to the website.
You can withdraw your analytics consent or make a new choice at any time.
6. Cloudflare
FoxLAP uses Cloudflare services, including Turnstile security checks, to protect forms and accounts against automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical and security information necessary to provide these protections under its own privacy terms.

Data is available only to people and service providers who need it to operate FoxLAP. Some providers, including Google and Cloudflare, may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards applicable to their services.
8. Retention and security
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the relevant service, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of account, content and log. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
